Use the following procedure to set up MS Outlook with your e-mail account:
Please note that the following procedure and screen shots are for Microsoft Outlook 2003. Although you will find most of the options and settings are the same for most versions.
1. In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools > E-mail Accounts (as shown below).

2. On the E-mail Accounts wizard window, select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
3. On the Server Type window, select POP3 and click Next.
4. On the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window, in the "Your Name" field, enter your name as you would like it to appear when sending mail (e.g. if "me" is entered, "me" will be displayed in the "from" field in the receipient's email).
5. In the "E-mail Address" field, enter your full e-mail address, including the "@imbroadband.com".
6. In the "User Name" field, enter your full e-mail address, including the "@imbroadband.com".
7. In the "Password" field, enter your default password, and then specify whether you want Outlook to remember this password.
8. In the "Incoming mail server (POP3)" field, enter "mail.imbroadband.com" (without the quotation marks).
9. In the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" field, enter "smtpout.secureserver.net" (without the quotation marks).
10. Click the "More Settings..." bar.
11. On the "Internet E-mail Settings" window, click the "Outgoing Server" tab.
12. Checkmark the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box (as shown below).

14. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
15. Leave the "Incoming server (POP3):" field defaulted at "110" (without quotations). Change the "outgoing server (SMTP):" field from "80" to "3535" (without quotations).

16. Click OK.
17. On the "E-mail Accounts" window, click Next. Then click Finish
